While caution was still expressed with respect to the actual operation of draft article 49, it was observed that the changes it would bring were thought to be welcome in some sectors of the banking industry, which were also in search of clear and predictable rules in this regard, and that positive comments with respect to the proposed new regime had been received from other banking interests.
وبينما ظلّ هناك قدر من الحذر فيما يتعلق بالعمل الفعلي لمشروع المادة 49، فقد لوحظ أن التغييرات التي سيحدثها ستحظى بالترحاب فيما يُعتقد في بعض قطاعات الصناعة المصرفية، وهي القطاعات التي تبحث أيضا عن قواعد واضحة يمكن التنبّؤ بها في هذا الخصوص، وأن تعليقات إيجابية بشأن النظام الجديد المقترح قد وردت من مؤسسات مصرفية أخرى.
