The database includes a core set of quarterly external debt data provided by the IMF Special Data Dissemination Standard (SDDS) subscribing countries, which are based on concepts and presentation tables articulated in the External Debt Guide.

At the request of the Commission, the Committee also reviewed two issues not directly related to the post adjustment system and thus fell beyond the usual scope of the Committee's work: a proposed template for improving the transparency and readability of the biennial report on an external data provider's study of the cost-of-living differential between New York and Washington, D.C., and a model developed by the secretariat to estimate the financial implications of possible changes to the education grant.

In support of the effective dissemination of relevant information to LDC Parties, the UNFCCC secretariat was requested to develop a web page for LDCs, which would include relevant information on NAPAs, as well as links to external sites providing data and information that would be useful in the preparation of NAPAs.
كما اتفق أيضا على ضرورة نشر المبادئ التوجيهية المفسرة على الأطراف من أقل البلدان نموا عن طريق حلقة عمل (أو حلقات عمل إقليمية) تشرك أصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين في عملية برامج العمل الوطنية للتكيف في هذه البلدان.
