• After considering the implementation of the programme of work and in reference to the evaluation of the Institute's work conducted by Management Support Services, the Executive Board made the following recommendations:
  وبعد النظر في تنفيذ برنامج العمل وبالإشارة إلى تقييم دائرة الدعم الإداري للعمل الذي اضطلع به المعهد، قدم المجلس التنفيذي التوصيات التالية:
• Six functional areas compose the work of the Strategic Management Service: (a) Strategy and Performance; (b) Security and Audit; (c) Project Management Office; (d) Architecture and Standards; (e) Finance and Administration; and (f) Client Services.

• Following the review of the report on the proposal for institutional strengthening (INSTRAW/EB/2009/R.3) and a presentation by the Chief of Management Support Services of the Office of the Under-Secretary-General for Management, the Executive Board took note with appreciation of the work of Management Support Services and INSTRAW staff in furthering the results of the second consultancy.

• An electrical supervisor (Field Service) will be responsible for the maintenance and safety of electrical installation throughout the Mission and work with Building Management Services and Regional Engineers to ensure electrical projects are well planned and executed, and supervises complex electrical projects as directed by the Chief Engineer.
