With respect to the words “the substance of that information”, it was suggested that the Guide should make it clear that the current wording, along the lines of article 10 of the UNCITRAL Conciliation Rules, had been preferred to the words “that information” to avoid burdening the conciliator with an obligation to communicate the literal content of any information received from the parties (see para. 70, above).
