• In keeping with elimination of paper forms and the inefficiencies of linear, “file and wait” processing of personnel transactions, the Office of Human Resources Management has created a form for the online confirmation of dependency status (form e-P.84), which enables staff members to review, edit and confirm their dependency status online.
