Under the Framework Decision, a realistic portrayal of child pornography in which the subject is a non-existent child (presumably created by photo-montage or other editing techniques) does not qualify as abuse of illegal pornographic image but, under Article 272 of the Criminal Code, it is defined as an outrage to public decency.
