The BaFin which supervises banks, insurance companies and other financial institutions in Germany has sent binding circulars to all supervised institutions, also listing the specific duties of implementation for these institutions in relation to countering the financing of terrorism.
قامت هيئة الرقابة المالية الاتحادية، التي تشرف على المصارف وشركات التأمين والمؤسسات المالية الأخرى في ألمانيا، بإرسال تعميمات ملزمة إلى جميع المؤسسات التي تشرف عليها تتضمن أيضا قائمة واجبات محددة في مجال التنفيذ تقع على عاتق تلك المؤسسات، وذلك فيما يتصل بمكافحة تمويل الإرهاب.
