If the client is a legal entity, the employee shall ask to be shown duly registered and authenticated documents showing the client's status, registration certificate and the personal data of the natural persons authorized to engage in transactions on behalf of the client, whether by proxy or by power of attorney, as well as the names of the members of the client's board of management.
الطلب من المتعامل إذا كان شخصا اعتباريا، إبراز مستندات مسجلة ومصدقة أصولا عن نظامه وشهادة تسجيله والبيانات الشخصية للأشخاص الطبيعيين المفوضين بالتعامل على الحساب بموجب وكالة أو تفويض، إضافة إلى أسماء أعضاء مجلس الإدارة.
