For the purpose of this paragraph, “Force Majeure Event” means any event beyond the reasonable control of the person affected including, without limitation, labour dispute, act of God, war, act or circumstance of terrorism, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, accident, breakdown of essential computer software, hardware or system failure, fire, flood and/or storm and other unforeseen circumstances materially and adversely effecting the performance of the functions of the Trustee under the Terms and Conditions.
ولأغراض هذه الفقرة، يقصد بعبارة "ظرف قاهر" أي ظرف خارج عن السيطرة المعقولة للشخص المتأثر، بما يشمل على سبيل المثال لا الحصر المنازعات المتعلقة بالعمل، والقضاء والقدر، والحرب، وأعمال أو ظروف الإرهاب، والشغب، والاضطرابات المدنية، والإضرار المتعمد، والحوادث، وتعطل برمجيات أو معدات حاسوبية أساسية أو نظام حاسوبي أساسي، والحريق، والفيضان و/أو العاصفة، وغير ذلك من الظروف غير المتوقعة التي تؤثر مادياً وسلبياً على أداء القيِّم لمهامه بموجب الأحكام والشروط.
