Additionally, the Ministry of the Interior monitors the financial resources of charitable societies by means of the Charitable Societies and Associations Act in force. Where an account is opened by proxy, the existence of a proper power of attorney must be verified.
وفي حال فتح حساب بالمراسلة، يتعين طلب تصديق أصولي على التوقيع من قبل البنك المرسل، هذا بالإضافة إلى رقابة وزارة الداخلية على الموارد المالية للهيئات الخيرية بموجب قانون الهيئات والجمعيات الخيرية النافذ المفعول، كما يجب لدى فتح حساب بالنيابة التأكد من وجود وكالة قانونية أصولية.

It is strictly forbidden to open accounts using borrowed or false names or anonymously. يُمنع منعا باتا فتح حسابات بأسماء مستعارة أو وهمية أو بأسماء مجهولة، وفي حال فتح الحساب بالمراسلة من خارج اليمن يجب المصادقة على صحة التوقيع من بنك مراسل في بلد طالب فتح الحساب وأن تؤخذ وكالة خطية مصدقة بالنسبة لفتح الحساب بموجب وكالة.
