On application from an employee who has been admitted to the entrance examinations for a higher educational establishment, an employer must grant 14 calendar days' unpaid leave; if the employee has been admitted to the examinations for a specialized secondary educational establishment, seven calendar days' leave must be granted.
يمنح صاحب العمل إجازة بدون أجر لمدة 14 يوماً تقويمياً لأي عامل، بناءً على طلبه، قُبل في امتحانات القبول التي تجيز لـه الانتقال إلى مؤسسة تعليمية أعلى، بينما يمنحه إجازة مدتها 7 أيام تقويمية إذا قُبل في الامتحانات التي تجيز له الانتقال إلى مؤسسة تعليمية ثانوية متخصصة.
