A proposal to add the phrase “listed in paragraph 3” after the word “circumstance” in subparagraph (a) was not accepted, and the Working Group was in agreement that draft paragraph 4 should be adopted as drafted.
قُدِّم اقتراح بأن تضاف عبارة "المذكور في الفقرة 3" بعد كلمة "الظرف" في الفقرة الفرعية (أ)، لكنه لم يحظ بالقبول، واتفق الفريق العامل على اعتماد مشروع الفقرة 4 بالصيغة الوارد بها.
