They point out that document production in the United Nations is still done with a printed copy in mind and that, currently, the documents are not embedded with standard coding such as Standard Generalized Markup Language (SGML) or Extensible Markup Language (XML) which would facilitate full-text searching within the Tagged Image File Format (TIFF) posted on ODS.
