Currently, the network provides administrative, logistical and technical support to all users of secure equipment, i.e., encryption equipment enabling coded fax and voice communication; provides communications, physical and operational security; ensures timely synchronization of all secret key-changes throughout the network to maximize communications security and prevent delays in transmission or reception of classified information.
وحاليا توفر الشبكة الدعم الإداري واللوجستي والتقني لكافة مستعملي المعدات المأمونة، أي المعدات المشَفَّرة التي تسمح بترميز رسائل الفاكس والرسائل الصوتية؛ كما توفر خدمات الاتصالات والأمن المادي والتشغيلي، وتضمن التنسيق الزمني لجميع عمليات تغيير مفاتيح الشفرة السرية في جميع أنحاء الشبكة، لتحقيق أقصى حد من أمن الاتصالات والحيلولة دون حدوث تأخير في إرسال المعلومات السرية أو استقبالها.
The Immigration Detention Standards ensure that detainees in general detention have access to telephones, faxes and mail, to enable them to maintain a reasonable level of contact with relatives, friends, and with diplomatic and consular representatives of the country to which they belong and with their legal representatives.
وتكفل معايير احتجاز المهاجرين للمحتجزين في أماكن الاحتجاز العامة استخدام الهاتف والفاكس والبريد لتمكينهم من البقاء على اتصال بقدر معقول بالأقارب والأصدقاء وممثلي البعثات الدبلوماسية والقنصلية للبلد الذي ينتمون إليه وبممثليهم القانونيين.
