Every law requires the sanction of the Reigning Prince and countersignature by the Prime Minister to attain legal force.

(4) of the Procurement Manual, however, provides that a purchase order shall, as a minimum, be issued in two original copies, one for the vendor and one for the case file, and that both copies shall be signed and distributed to the vendor for countersignature, requesting return of one countersigned original.
وتنص الفقرة 13- 4 (4) من دليل الشراء على ضرورة إصدار أمر الشراء على الأقل من نسختين أصليتين تسلم أحداهما إلى البائع ويحتفظ بالأخرى في ملف الحالة.

State organizations and institutions, in particular the Ministry of Finance, the Central Bank of Costa Rica, the Public Registry and public oversight agencies, as well as the entities referred to in articles 14 and 15 of this Law, shall be obliged to furnish the information required for the investigation of the activities and offences covered by this Law, at the request of the Unit, with the countersignature of the Directorate-General.
وهيئات ومؤسسات الدولة، ولا سيما وزارة المالية ومصرف كوستاريكا المركزي ومكتب السجلات العامة وهيئات الضرائب العامة، فضلا عن الكيانات المشار إليها في المادتين 14 و 15 من هذا القانون ملزمة بتقديم المعلومات المطلوبة للتحقيق في الأنشطة والجرائم التي ينظمها هذا القانون بناء على طلب من هذه الوحدة وبإحالة من الإدارة العامة.
