Bridges need to be built to such groups in order to fulfil and protect their rights, and this will necessitate listening carefully to them, building their confidence, strengthening their capacities, seeing them as actors not as victims, and increasing their access to appropriate and relevant education, to health services, and to sports and other forms of recreation.
ولا بد من مد الجسور مع هذه المجموعات بغية إعمال حقوقها وحمايتها، وسيتطلب ذلك الإصغاء إلى أفرادها بانتباه، وبناء ثقتهم، وتعزيز قدراتهم، والنظر إليهم بوصفهم أطرافا فاعلة لا بوصفهم ضحايا، وزيادة وصولهم إلى القدر الملائم والكافي من التعليم، وإلى الخدمات الصحية، وإلى الرياضة وغيرها من أشكال الترويح عن النفس.
