SUPCO states that, on 10 July 1990, the day following the issue of the SEOR purchase order, it issued its own purchase order (the “SUPCO purchase order”) to a third party manufacturer/supplier, whereby SUPCO arranged to purchase the necessary volume of T.E.L. to fill the SEOR purchase order, for the lower price of USD 3,960,000.
وتبين SUPCO أنها أصدرت يوم 10 تموز/يوليه 1990، أي في اليوم التالي لإصدار الشركة العامة (SEOR) أمر الشراء، أمر شراء خاصاً بها ("أمر شراء SUPCO") إلى طرف ثالث مصنّع/مورّد، حيث رتبت SUPCO شراء الكمية اللازمة من رابع إيثيل الرصاص بهدف استيفاء أمر شراء الشركة العامة (SEOR)، بثمن أقل يبلـغ 000 960 3 دولار.
SUPCO states that, if it had been able to make delivery of the full volume of T.E.L. ordered by SEOR, then it would have enjoyed a sales margin of USD 330,000, this being the difference between the sales price of USD 4,290,000 in the SEOR purchase order and the purchase price of USD 3,960,000 in the SUPCO purchase order.
وتبين SUPCO أنها لو تمكنت من تسليم الكمية الكاملة من رابع إيثيل الرصاص، التي طلبتها الشركة العامة (SEOR)، لكانت قد حققت هامش مبيعات قدره 000 330 دولار، وهو الفرق بين ثمن البيع المنصوص عليه في أمر شراء الشركة العامة (SEOR) وهو 000 290 4 دولار وثمن الشراء البالغ 000 960 3 دولار الوارد في أمر شراء SUPCO.
