Those States should be fully reimbursed as soon as possible, and consideration should be given to making priority payment to countries that were current with their obligations.
وقال إنه ينبغي تسديد المبالغ بالكامل إلى تلك الدول في أقرب وقت ممكن والنظر في إمكانية منح الأولوية في التسديد للبلدان التي أوفت بجميع التزاماتها.

(e) Successful environmental monitoring and assessment claims will be given priority in payment of the above-mentioned amounts;
(ه ) تولَى الأولوية في دفع المبالغ المذكورة أعلاه للمطالبات الموافق عليها المتصلة بالرصد والتقييم البيئيين؛

Post-commencement financing approved under paragraph (1) is an expense incurred during the reorganization period and has priority for payment.
(2) التمويل اللاحق لبدء الإجراءات الذي يوافق عليه بموجب الفقرة (1) هو من المنصرفات المتكبدة أثناء فترة إعادة التنظيم، وتكون له أولوية في السداد.
