At the option of the employee, work on days off is compensated by the granting of another rest day or paid at not less than twice the piecework rate for employees paid at the piecework rate, and at not less than twice the hourly salary rate for employees paid by the hour and those receiving salaries.
وبناءً على اختيار الموظف، يجري التعويض عن أيام الإجازة من خلال الحصول على يوم راحة آخر أو بتقاضي أجر لا يقل عن ضعف معدل الأجر بالقطعة الذي يدفع للموظفين الذين يعملون بالقطعة، وألا يقل عن ضعف معدل المرتب بالساعة الذي يحصل عليه الموظفون الذين يعملون بالساعة والموظفون الذين يتلقون مرتبات.
