(h) NAKILAT 3. KOTC provided the Panel with copies of debit advice notes, remittance advice notes, a cancelled cheque, journal vouchers, payment instructions and other documentary evidence, which adequately establish its payments of KWD 108,09 and GBP 6,500 to a single repair yard (under multiple invoices) for repairs to this vessel.
(ح) السفينة NAKILAT 3 - زودت الشركة الفريق بنسخ عن إخطارات المديونية، وإخطارات التحويل، وأحد الصكوك الملغية، ومستندات قيد يومية، وتعليمات الدفع، وغيرها من الأدلة المستندية، التي تثبت بما فيه الكفاية دفعها لمبلغين قدرهما 709 108 دنانير كويتية و500 6 جنيه إسترليني إلى أحد أحواض تصليح السفن (بموجب فواتير متعددة) عن التصليحات التي خضعت لها السفينة.
(b) Payroll Assistant (General Service (Other level)) (3 posts): monitors the payroll calculations based on Personnel Actions and rental applications approved by the Department of Peacekeeping Operations; liaising with the Department regarding disparate entitlement values and invalid contract [and incumbency cases] to ensure appropriate and continuous payrolling of peacekeeping staff; monitoring retroactive entitlement changes; coding and verifying entitlements and deductions, such as hazard pay, representation allowance, reviewing trial and actual regular payroll runs; reviewing ad hoc payroll runs; processing, auditing and reviewing separation payments; clearing deferred charges through correcting either personnel action or journal vouchers; reviewing, coding and clearing retroactive allotment changes; processing salary advances; processing of monthly payment orders; monitoring of staff receivables for recovery through payroll; processing education grant claims; making payments and preparing journal vouchers; processing income tax payments; pension fund reporting; reconciling payable and receivable accounts and responding to queries.
(ب) مساعد لشؤون الإعلام (فئة الخدمات العامة (الرتب الأخرى)): سيتولى شاغل هذه الوظيفة تنفيذ وصيانة وتنسيق نظم المعلومات المحوسبة في كافة أنحاء مكاتب التحقيقات المختلفة في المقر وفي نيروبي وفي عدة بعثات لحفظ السلام، ويساعد مديري البرامج، عند الاقتضاء، في هذه المجالات.
