(22) The Committee requests the State party to provide in its next periodic report detailed statistical data regarding cases of torture and other forms of cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment reported to administrative authorities and the related investigations, prosecutions and penal and disciplinary sentences, including details of applied articles of the Criminal Code, disaggregated by, inter alia, gender, ethnic group, geographical region, and type and location of place of deprivation of liberty, where it occurred.
(22) وتطلب اللجنة إلى الدولة الطرف أن تُضمِّن تقريرها الدوري المقبل بيانات إحصائية مفصَّلة عن حالات التعذيب وغيره من ضروب المعاملة أو العقوبة القاسية أو اللاإنسانية أو المهينة، التي تُبلغ بها السلطات الإدارية، وعما يتصل بذلك من تحقيقات ومحاكمات وأحكام جنائية وتأديبية، بما في ذلك تفاصيل عن مواد القانون الجنائي المطبقة، مبوبة بحسب عناصر منها نوع الجنس، والفئة الإثنية، والمنطقة الجغرافية، ونوع ومكان الحرمان من الحرية، في حال حدوثه.
