Joint projects were carried out successfully as part of a plan for strengthening Ukrainian-Chinese cooperation in the exploration and peaceful uses of outer space for the period 2006-2010, which was signed by the two parties during the fifth meeting of the Ukrainian-Chinese subcommission, held in Beijing in June 2006.
