• Article 19 (a) of the Act safeguards the rights of foreign investors after an enterprise has been established, including their right to transfer the foreign capital invested in the enterprise abroad upon liquidation or disposal.
  وتكفل المادة 19(أ) من القانون حماية حق المستثمرين الأجانب بعد تنفيذ المشروع وحقهم في تحويل قيمة رأس المال الأجنبي المستثمر في المشروع إلى الخارج عند التصفية والتصرف فيه.
• The new owner shall take the place of the former owner with respect to the rights and obligations specified by this Act, except for those provisions concerning the transfer of profits and invested capital abroad where disposal has been effected in local Yemeni currency.”
  ويحل المالك الجديد محل المالك القديم من حيث الحقوق والواجبات المنصوص عليها طبقاً لأحكام هذا القانون فيما عدا أحكام تحويل الأرباح وقيمة المال المستثمر إلى الخارج في حالة التصرف بمال يمني محلي.
