• (a) With regard to access to survivors' pensions, in determining the beneficiary of the pension, the law defines the family group in such a way that it favours women who are dependent on a man, which discriminates against working women;
  (أ) فيما يتعلق بإمكانية الحصول على معاشات الباقين على قيد الحياة، يعرّف القانون، لأغراض تحديد المستفيد من هذا المعاش، المجموعة الأسرية على نحوٍ يفضل فيه المرأة التي تعتمد على الرجل، الأمر الذي فيه تمييز ضد المرأة العاملة؛
• Those who are not included among the beneficiaries of the above laws or the Welfare of Martyrs' Families Act benefit from the provisions of the Social Welfare Act No. 31 of 1996.
