Venezuelans or foreigners coming to the territory of the Republic who, in another country, counterfeit or take part in the counterfeiting of currency that is legal tender in Venezuela, seals in official use, stamps or credit instruments of the Nation, banknotes or equities, or annuity bonds authorized for issue by the national legislation.
المواطنون الفنزويليون أو الأجانب الذين يأتون إلى الجمهورية ممن قاموا في بلد آخر بتزوير عملة تعتبر نقدا قانونيا في فنزويلا أو أختام أو طوابع تستخدم في الأغراض الرسمية أو صكوك ائتمانية خاصة بالدولة، أو أوراق نقدية أو أسهم أو سندات ذات عائد سنوي تصدر بإذن من السلطة التشريعية الوطنية.
