The transfer of criminal proceedings in which a judgement of conviction has entered into effect shall be admissible only if the judgement may not be executed in Latvia, and the foreign State in which the convicted person resides does not accept a judgement of another State for execution.
ولا يكون نقل الإجراءات الجنائية التي دخل فيها حكم بالإدانة حيز التنفيذ أمرا مقبولا إلا إذا تعذر تنفيذ الحكم في لاتفيا، ولم تقبل الدولة الأجنبية التي يقيم المحكوم عليه فيها حكم دولة أخرى يُراد تنفيذه.
