  • Article 158 states that laws and legal documents in Cambodia that safeguard State properties, rights, freedom and legal properties of individuals and in conformity with the national interests, shall continue to be effective until changed or abrogated by new texts, except those provisions that are contrary to the spirit of this Constitution.
    وتنص المادة 158 على أن القوانين والوثائق القانونية في كمبوديا التي تحمي أملاك الدولة وحقوق وحريات الأفراد وأملاكهم القانونية، وتتمشى مع المصالح الوطنية، ستظل سارية المفعول إلى أن يتم تغييرها أو نسخها بنصوص جديدة، باستثناء الأحكام التي تتعارض مع روح هذا الدستور.
  • Given Article 45 of the Constitution as a basis, any laws and provisions which are discriminatory must be automatically null and void and to that end, Article 158 of the Constitution says that "Laws and standard documents in Cambodia that safeguard State properties, rights, freedom and legal private properties and in conformity with the national interest, shall continue to be effective until amended or abrogated by new texts, except those provisions that are contrary to the spirit of this Constitution.
    استناداً إلى المادة 45 من الدستور كأساس، أية قوانين وأحكام تمييزية يجب أن تعتبر بصورة تلقائية لاغية وباطلة، ولتحقيق هذه الغاية، تنص المادة 158 من الدستور على أن "وثائق القوانين والمعايير في كمبوديا، التي تحمي ممتلكات الدولة والحقوق والحريات والممتلكات الخاصة القانونية، وتتمشى مع المصلحة الوطنية، تظل سارية المفعول إلى أن يتم تعديلها أو إبطالها بنصوص جديدة، باستثناء النصوص التي تتعارض مع روح هذا الدستور.
  • All laws and legal documents in Bhutan that safeguard State properties, rights, freedom and legal properties of individuals and in conformity with the national interests, shall continue to be effective until changed or abrogated by new texts, except those provisions that are contrary to the spirit of the Draft Constitution. The Parliament has the duty to nullify any laws or provisions, which are contrary to the spirit of the Draft Constitution. [Refer also Article 2. ]
    ومع أن الجهود المبذولة لجمع البيانات المتعلقة بالمعالجة المقدمة في حالات العنف الجنساني في مستشفى الإحالة الوطني في تيمفو جهودا مشكورة، فليس ثمة نظام متسق لجمع البيانات عن الحالات التي تُعالج داخل نظام الرعاية الصحية وليست هناك خطط لإنشاء مثل هذا النظام.
