The representative of Gabon said that new competition legislation had been adopted in Gabon in 1998 with the aim of decontrolling prices, preventing anti-competitive practices, and ensuring transparency of transactions.
وقال ممثل غابون إن بلده قد اعتمد في عام 1998 تشريعاً جديداً ناظماً للمنافسة بهدف إلغاء الرقابة على الأسعار والحيلولة دون اتباع ممارسات مخالفة لقوانين المنافسة النزيهة وضمان شفافية الصفقات التجارية.
