In the interests of Ukraine's national security and compliance with its international obligations regarding non-proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and their means of delivery and restriction of transfers of conventional weapons, regulations on State export control in Ukraine were adopted under Presidential Decree No. 117, of 13 February 1998.
ولصالح الأمن الوطني الأوكراني، وامتثالا للالتزامات الدولية المتعلقة بعدم انتشار أسلحة الدمار الشامل ووسائل إيصالها، وتقييد نقل الأسلحة التقليدية، فقد أُقرت أنظمة تتعلق بقيام الدولة بمراقبة التصدير في أوكرانيا بموجب المرسوم الرئاسي رقم 117 المؤرخ 13 شباط/فبراير 1998.

ويقوم مصرف غيانا، بوصفه السلطة المشرفة على المؤسسات المالية المرخص لها بموجب قانون المؤسسات المالية الغيانية لعام 1955، بإصدار المنشورات وتعميمها على جميع المؤسسات المالية المرخص لها مبلغا إياها أسماء الأفراد والمنظمات الإرهابية الخاضعين لتجميد أصولهم وتقييد تحويلاتهم عملا بقرار مجلس الأمن التابع الأمم المتحدة.
