While the Government of Malta is committed to remove, insofar as possible, all aspects of family property law which may be considered as discriminatory to females, it reserves the right to continue to apply present legislation in that regard until such time as the law is reformed and during such transitory period until those laws are completely superseded.
في حين تلتزم حكومة مالطة بأن تلغي، إلى أقصى حد ممكن، جميع جوانب قانون ممتلكات الأسرة التي قد تعتبر تمييزية ضد الإناث فإنها تحتفظ بالحق في مواصلة تطبيق التشريع الحالي في هذا الشأن إلى أن يتم إصلاح القانون وخلال الفترة الانتقالية التي تسبق إلغاء تلك القوانين إلغاء تاما.

Decides that the updated resource allocation system contained in document DP/FPA/2000/14 should take effect at the beginning of the new programme cycle for any given country; in the case an upgrading country faces particularly adverse circumstances, its new resource allocation level should be implemented on a gradual basis, during a prudent transitory period;
يقرر بدء العمل بالنظام المستكمل لتخصيص الموارد والمتضمن في الوثيقة DP/FPA/2000/14 في بداية دورة البرامج الجديدة للبلد المعني؛ وفي حالة تعرض أي بلد ينتقل إلى فئة أعلى لظروف غير مواتية بشكل خاص، فإنه ينبغي تنفيذ مستواه الجديد لتخصيص الموارد تدريجيا، خلال فترة انتقالية معقولة؛
