With respect to paragraph 20, it was agreed that the term “redemption of the encumbered assets” that was known only in some legal systems should be replaced by the more neutral term “release of the encumbered assets from the security right” by reason of the payment of the secured obligation, including interest and costs, in full.
وفيما يتعلق بالفقرة 20، اتُفق على أنه ينبغي أن يستعاض عن تعبير "استرداد الموجودات المرهونة"، الذي لا يُعرف إلا في بعض النظم القانونية، بالتعبير الأكثر حيادية "الإفراج عن الموجودات المرهونة من الحق الضماني" بسبب السداد الكامل للالتزام المضمون، بما فيه الفائدة والتكاليف.
