It is, therefore, recommended that the MCC be maintained with some changes to its current structure within the parameters of the decisions made at the time of its establishment, notably that: (a) the Executive Board provide overall policy guidance for and supervision of UNOPS; (b) the Secretary-General provide oversight and guidance, as required, to ensure the implementation of the decisions of the Executive Board; and (c) the Executive Director, under the authority of the Secretary-General, be responsible for the management of UNOPS.
لذلك يُوصى بالإبقاء على لجنة التنسيق الإداري مع إدخال بعض التغييرات على هيكلها الحالي ضمن برامترات القرارات المتخذة وقت إنشائها، وبخاصة ما يلي: (أ) يقوم المجلس التنفيذي بتقديم المشورة في مجال السياسة العامة للمكتب والإشراف عليه؛ (ب) يتولى الأمين العام الرقابة ويقدم المشورة على النحو المطلوب، لكفالة تنفيذ قرارات المجلس التنفيذي؛ (ج) يكون المدير التنفيذي، مسؤولا عن إدارة المكتب، تحت إشراف الأمين العام.
