  أما المادة (45) فتؤكد على: (تكفل الدولة للمرأة جميع الفرص التي تتيح لها المساهمة الفعالة والكاملة في الحياة السياسية والاجتماعية والثقافية والاقتصادية وتعمل على إزالة القيود التي تمنع تطورها ومشاركتها في بناء المجتمع العربي).
