Act No. 2874/2000 provides for the working time organization on an annual basis, allows businesses to adapt as quickly as possible their production to changes in demand through the decrease of the need for accumulation of reserves and through the more rational utilization of their capital equipment.
ينص القانون رقم 2874/2000 على تنظيم أوقات الدوام على أساس سنوي، ويمكِّن الشركات التجارية من تكييف إنتاجهم بالسرعة الممكنة مع تغيرات الطلب عن طريق التخفيض في الحاجة إلى تكديس الاحتياطي وعن طريق استخدام معداتها الرأسمالية استخداماً أرشد.
