لا تمس هذه المادة أي سبب آخر يسوِّغ إبراء ذمة المدين بالسداد إلى الشخص الذي يستحق السداد أو إلى هيئة قضائية أو هيئة مختصة أخرى أو إلى صندوق إيداع عمومي.

If the receivable becomes payable in accordance with the original contract within that period, the debtor may still be able to discharge its obligation, for example, by paying to a public deposit fund (see article 19, paragraph 8).
فإذا أصبح الدين مستحق السداد خلال تلك الفترة وفقا للعقد الأصلي، فإنه يمكن أن يظل بوسع المدين ابراء ذمته من التزامه بأن يدفع، مثلا، الى صندوق ايداع عام (انظر المادة 19، الفقرة 8).
