  (2) تدخل إدارته في الحالات الواردة في الفقرة السابقة إذا عرضت الشركة أسهمها أو سنداتها للاكتتاب العام أو إذا اضطلعت بعمليات رسملة أو ادخار أو إذا طلبت بأي شكل من الأشكال أموالا أو سندات للناس مع إعطائهم وعودا بتقديم قروض أو توفير فوائد في المستقبل وإذا كانت الفقرة 2 من المادة 301 منطبقة.
