(a) Delivery of the goods to the named consignee;
(أ) تسليم البضاعة إلى المرسل إليه المُسمى،

The carrier may retain the goods and refrain from delivering the goods to the consignee
يجوز للناقل أن يحتفظ بالبضاعة وأن يمتنع عن تسليمها للمرسَل إليه

(c) Undertakes to deliver the goods to the consignee or holder.
(ج) ويتضمّن تعهدا بتسليم البضاعة إلى المرسل إليه أو الحائز.

Pursuant to article 5.1 the carrier is obliged to deliver the goods to the consignee.
يُلزم الناقل، عملا بالمادة 5-1، بتسليم البضاعة للمرسل اليه.

(ii) The carrier is not allowed under applicable law or regulations to deliver the goods to the consignee,
`2` لم تكن القوانين أو اللوائح المعمول بها تجيز للناقل أن يسلّم البضاعة إلى المرسل إليه،

(b) (ii) the carrier is not allowed under applicable law or regulations to deliver the goods to the consignee,
(ب) `2` لم تكن القوانين أو اللوائح المعمول بها تجيز للناقل أن يسلم البضاعة إلى المرسل إليه،

Pursuant to article 13 (previously 10) the carrier is obliged to deliver the goods to the consignee.
ووفقا للمادة 13 (المادة 10 السابقة) فإن الناقل ملزم بتسليم البضاعة إلى المرسل إليه.

(b) The carrier is not allowed under applicable law or regulations to deliver the goods to the consignee,
(ب) كانت القوانين أو اللوائح المنطبقة لا تسمح للناقل بتسليم البضاعة إلى المرسل إليه.

The duty of the carrier to deliver the goods to the consignee is dealt with in article 13 (previously 10).
وتتناول المادة 13 (المادة 10 السابقة) واجب الناقل المتمثل في تسليم البضاعة إلى المرسل إليه.

(a) The carrier shall deliver the goods to the consignee at the time and location referred to in article 43.
(أ) يسلم الناقل البضائع إلى المرسل إليه في الوقت والمكان المشار إليهما في المادة ٤3.
