The Tobacco Regulation providing for fiscal stamps on tobacco products came into force on 25 June.
وبدأ نفاذ القاعدة التنظيمية المتعلقة بالتبغ، التي تنص على وضع طوابع ضريبية على منتجات التبغ، في 25 حزيران/يونيه.

The said residence permit is also used in place of a work permit, is given for a time period of six months and is extended for equal time periods until the issuing of an irrevocable court decision; its granting does not require payment of a fiscal stamp.
كما يستخدم تصريح الإقامة المذكور أعلاه بدلاً عن تصريح عمل لفترة زمنية قوامها ستة أشهر ويمكن تمديده لفترات مساوية ريثما يصدر قرار قطعي من جانب المحكمة.

With the provisions of article 46, any third country national who has been characterized as a victim of trafficking in human beings, by order of the First Instance Court Public Prosecutor, is granted a residence permit, without the obligation of payment of a fiscal stamp.
ووفقا لأحكام المادة 46، يمنح تصريح إقامة لأي من رعايا بلد ثالث اعتبر بأمر من المدعي العام للمحكمة الابتدائية ضحية للاتجار بالبشر، ويعفى من تسديد رسم الطابع الضريبي.

It also required the confiscation of movable and immovable property derived from such acts. Included among the acts of corruption were crimes of terrorism; crimes committed by criminal groups; crimes against public administration, especially breach of duty (bribery, trading in influence, embezzlement or abuse of position); the falsification of currency or official documents; the falsification of postage and fiscal stamps; forgery; theft; fraud; and all types of deceit and breach of trust.
وتتضمّن أفعال الفساد الإرهاب؛ والجرائم التي ترتكبها مجموعات إجرامية؛ والجرائم المناهضة للإدارة العمومية؛ وبخاصة الإخلال بالواجب (الرشوة والمتاجرة بالنفوذ والاختلاس وإساءة استغلال الوظيفة)؛ وتزييف العملة أو الوثائق الرسمية؛ وتزييف الطوابع البريدية والضريبية؛ والتزوير؛ والسرقة؛ والتدليس؛ وجميع أنوع الغش وخيانة الأمانة.
