- Strengthening the scrutiny and monitoring system already in place, including strict enforcement of prudential regulations for financial institutions, and on-site scrutiny of individual fund transfer activities (foreign-exchange brokers, “hawala”);

It should be emphasized here that the foreign exchange brokers mentioned above, with the exception of stockbroking companies, are subject to control and oversight by the Superintendence of Banks.
وينبغي التأكيد هنا على أن سماسرة الصرف الأجنبي المذكورين أعلاه، باستثناء شركات الأسهم، يخضعون لمراقبة وإشراف هيئة الإشراف على المصارف.
