Accordingly, the following guidelines on the basis of awards rendered by international tribunals and courts may be noted: compensation is payable in respect of personal injury, for directly associated material loss such as loss of earnings and earning capacity, medical expenses including costs for achieving fuller rehabilitation; compensation is also payable for non-material damage suffered as, for example, for “loss of loved ones, pain and suffering as well as the affront to sensibilities associated with the intrusion on the person, home or private life”.
وعليه، ينبغي التنويه بالمبادئ التوجيهية التالية استناداً إلى القرارات الصادرة عن المحاكم وهيئات التحكيم الدولية: يُدفع تعويض بشأن ما يلحق بالأشخاص من إصابات أو أضرار، وعما يتكبدونه من خسائر مادية مباشرة، كفقدان الإيرادات والقدرة على الكسب، والنفقات الطبية، بما فيها تكاليف إتمام إعادة التأهيل؛ كما يدفع تعويض عما يتم تكبده من أضرار غير مادية، ومنها، على سبيل المثال، "فقدان الأحباء، والآلام والمعاناة، فضلاً عن الإهانة الناجمة عن التدخل في الحياة الشخصية أو العائلية أو الخاصة".

وعليه، ينبغي التنويه بالمبادئ التوجيهية التالية المستندة إلى القرارات الصادرة عن المحاكم وهيئات التحكيم الدولية: يُدفع تعويض بشأن ما يلحق بالأشخاص من إصابات أو أضرار، وعما يتكبدونه من خسائر مادية مباشرة، كفقدان الإيرادات والقدرة على الكسب، والنفقات الطبية، بما فيها تكاليف إتمام إعادة التأهيل التامة؛ كما يدفع تعويض عما يتم تكبده من أضرار غير مادية، ومنها، على سبيل المثال، "فقدان الأحباء، والآلام والمعاناة، فضلاً عن الإهانة الناجمة عن التدخل في الحياة الشخصية أو العائلية أو الخاصة".
