Art. 4.1.1 of the Draft Instrument seems, at first sight to provide for a similar period of responsibility, namely “from the time when a carrier or a performing party has received the goods … until the goods are delivered …”.
ويبدو، لأول وهلة، أن المادة 4-1-1 من مشروع الصك تنص على فترة مماثلة من المسؤولية وهي "من وقت تسلّم البضاعة من جانب الناقل أو أي طرف منفذ حتى وقت تسليم البضاعة ".
