In order to retain their status as permanent residents of the State of Israel, they are required to prove that their centre of life is in Jerusalem by submitting documentary evidence, e.g. electricity bills, water bills, rental contracts, certification of payment of arnona taxes for the past seven years.
ولكي يحافظ سكان القدس الشرقية على وضعهم القانوني كمقيمين دائمين في دولة إسرائيل عليهم أن يثبتوا أن مركز حياتهم هي القدس عن طريق تقديم أدلة وثائقية مثل فواتير الكهرباء وفواتير المياه، وعقود الإيجار، وشهادة دفع ضريبة أرنونا لمدة السنوات السبع الماضية.
Funds: assets of all types, whether tangible or intangible, movable or immovable, regardless of their manner of acquisition, and legal instruments or documents, whatever their form, including electronic and digital, constituting evidence of a right of ownership in such assets or a share therein, and everything arising from such ownership and any right connected therewith, including, by way of example and without limitation, national currency, foreign currencies, banking facilities, travellers cheques, bank cheques, money orders, shares, securities, bonds, documentary credits, drafts and bills of exchange;
(ب) الأموال: تعني كل أنواع الأصول سواءً كانت مادية أم غير مادية، منقولة أم غير منقولة، أياً كانت كيفية اقتنائها، والوثائق أو المستندات القانونية أياً كان شكلها بما فيها الالكترونية أو الرقمية، الدالة على حق ملكية هذه الأصول أو حصة فيها، وكل ما ينتج عن هذه الملكية أو أي حق متعلق بها.
