The host Government must bear all direct and indirect costs involved in holding the session away from Headquarters, as provided for in the rules of procedure of the General Conference, and must make the relevant payments within the required time frame, as indicated in the report.
وأضاف إن على الحكومة المضيفة أن تتحمل جميع التكاليف المباشرة وغير المباشرة التي يستلزمها عقد الدورة خارج المقر، كما ينص على ذلك النظام الداخلي للمؤتمر العام، ويجب عليها أن تسدد المدفوعات ذات الصلة في غضون المدة الزمنية المطلوبة، على النحو المشار إليه في التقرير.
