Where the third party refuses to accept such a deposit, the sum shall be deposited, without any fresh decision to that effect, at the Deposits and Consignation Office.
وإذا ما رفض الطرف الثالث قبول وديعة من هذا القبيل، يودع المبلغ لدى مكتب الودائع والأمانات دون أي قرار جديد بهذا المعنى.

Four public institutions are also authorized by law to transfer funds without approval, namely, the Public Treasury, the Bank of France, the Deposit and Consignment Office and the financial services of the Post Office.1
وهناك كذلك أربع مؤسسات عامة يجيز لها القانون تحويل الأموال دون ترخيص وهي الخزانة العامة، وبنك فرنسا، وصندوق الودائع والأقسام المالية البريدية.

Article 519 (Decree No. 76-714 of 29 July 1976, sec. 2, Official Journal of 30 July 1976): Where the undertakings shall consist in a sum of money, the same shall be deposited at the Deposits and Consignation Office; it may be deposited also at the request of one of the parties in the hands of a third party appointed for that purpose.
المادة 519 (المرسوم رقم 76-714 المؤرخ 29 تموز/يوليه 1976، الباب 2، الجريدة الرسمية بتاريخ 30 تموز/يوليه 1976): حيثما يتعين أن تكون التعهدات في شكل مبلغ من النقود يودع ذلك المبلغ في مكتب الودائع والأمانات، كما يجوز إيداعه بناء على طلب أحد الطرفين لدى طرف ثالث يعيّن لذلك الغرض.
