• As for the Hijacking Act such an act will apply according to Article 1(1) of the Schedule Schedule when a person board an aircraft who unlawfully, by use of force or by threats of any kind, seizes the aircraft or exercises control of it commits the offence of hijacking, whatever his nationality, whatever the state in which the aircraft is registered and whether the aircraft is in Seychelles or else where.

• "The Act Regarding the Control of Organizations Which Committed Indiscriminate Mass Murder (Law No.147 of 1999)" stipulates that a group which has committed indiscriminate mass murder as an organizational activity is to have its activities investigated and placed under observation and that necessary measures will be taken to prevent the recurrence of such act.

• * Please clarify whether under “The Act regarding the Control of Organization which Committed Indiscriminate Mass Murder” the recruitment of members of such organizations can only be prohibited once an organization has already committed an indiscriminate mass murder (Article 8 (2) (4)).

• An action under the provision of Paragraph 2 (4) of Article 8 of "The Act regarding the Control of Organizations which Committed Indiscriminate Mass Murder" shall not be taken in cases where an organization carried out indiscriminate mass murder only in the past.

• In § 4 a new type of offence was introduced, namely a crime that involves an organized group or an association launched and controlled with the purpose of committing a terrorist offence (“Whoever sets up the group or association aimed at committing an offence of a terrorist character, or leads such a group or organisation”).
