(iv) The Capeverdean aeronautical authority, “Instituto da Aviação Civil (IAC)” has recently signed a memorandum of agreement with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) of the Department of Transportation of the United States of America under which the latter may provide technical assistance to its Capeverdean counterpart in the fields of traffic control, facility engineering, aviation safety and security and other aviation related disciplines.
`4' وقعت سلطة الملاحة الجوية في الرأس الأخضر، “Instituto da Aviacao (IAC)” مؤخرا مذكرة اتفاق مع إدارة الطيران الاتحادية (FAA) التابعة لوزارة النقل في الولايات المتحدة الامريكية، يمكن بواسطتها لهذه الأخيرة أن تقدم المساعدة التقنية إلى نظيرتها في الرأس الاخضر في ميادين مراقبة حركة المرور، وهندسة المرافق، وسلامة وأمن الطيران، وما يتصل بذلك من فروع الطيران الأخرى.

`7' وقد وقعت سلطة الملاحة الجوية في الرأس الاخضر (IAC) مؤخرا مذكرة اتفاق مع إدارة الطيران الاتحادية (FAA) التابعة لوزارة النقل في الولايات المتحدة الامريكية والتي يمكن بموجبها لهذه الأخيرة أن تقدم المساعدة التقنية إلى نظيرتها في الرأس الاخضر الموجهة إلى ميادين مراقبة حركة المرور، وهندسة المرافق، وسلامة وأمن الطيران، وما يتصل بذلك من فروع الطيران الأخرى؛
