• Documentation submitted for the fifty-first meeting of the Executive Committee of the Multilateral Fund, held from 19 to 23 March 2007, stated however that “small quantities of CTC are currently used in laboratory applications and in industrial applications as cleaning agent for removal/extraction of oils and greases from equipment.” This information suggests that Bolivia continued to use carbon tetrachloride in 2006 for at least some of the laboratory and analytical applications cited in its explanation to the thirty-seventh meeting of the Implementation Committee.
