The claim is for costs incurred in respect of (a) “sorting up of heavy machinery, trucks, cars, caravans, tools etc, using cranes and forklifts and lots of unskilled workers”, (b) “cleaning, greasing packing and or conservation of all heavy machinery, trucks, cars, caravans, etc. using all necessary facilities and means for conservation”, and (c) “organized watchman service on 9 stores at different sites in Iraq” Energoinvest failed to provide any further details of the work performed or how it incurred the costs.
وتتعلق المطالبة بالتكاليف المتكبدة بخصوص ما يلي: (أ) "عملية تخزين الآلات الثقيلة والشاحنات والسيارات والمقطورات والأدوات، وما إليها، باستخدام الرافعات والرافعات الشوكية والعديد من العمال غير المهرة"؛ و(ب) "تنظيف كل الآلات الثقيلة والشاحنات والسيارات والمقطورات، وما إليها، وتشحيمها وتعبئتها و/أو صيانتها، باستخدام كل المرافق والوسائل الضرورية للصيانة"؛ و(ج) "تنظيم خدمات حراسة على 9 مخازن في مواقع مختلفة بالعراق".
