Special attention should also be paid to the difficulties faced by the least developed countries in joining the global economy, such as the cost of manufactured goods and the problems of overcoming trade barriers and of technology transfer.
وحثت على ايلاء الاهتمام اللازم لتحديات الاقتصاد العالمي التي تواجهها أقل البلدان نموا والتي تشكل أسعار البضائع النهائية والحواجز الجمركية ونقل التكنولوجيا جزءا أساسيا منها.
