Coming from a region whose population was victimized by the illegal actions taken by States to suppress violence, the Special Rapporteur reiterates his conviction that nothing can combat irrational acts and extreme forms of violence more effectively than the wisdom embodied in the rule of law.
وإذ عاد المقرر الخاص من منطقة وقع سكانها ضحية للإجراءات غير القانونية التي اتخذتها بعض الدول من أجل قمع العنف، فإنه يعيد تأكيد اقتناعه بأن ما من شيء يمكن أن يفوق الحكمة المتجسدة في سيادة القانون فعالية في مكافحة أعمال رعناء وأشكال متطرفة من العنف.
